  • Hand Stretch – Stretching out your fingers and palm is simple to complete while on the go or at work. To get started, face your palm towards your face. Move your thumb across the palm, stretching it to the bottom of your pinkie finger. Hold the stretch for 10 to 15 seconds and then release. Repeat this hand stretch a few times before moving to your other hand.
  • Fist Maneuver – Whenever your hand becomes stiff, move the fingers into a fist position. Be sure your thumb is outside the fist. Hold the fist in position, strongly, for 10 seconds. After the time, release and complete a few more times. Use the fist maneuver on your other arthritic hand, as well.


Following a healthy exercise plan and diet is great for your physical and emotional well-being, but adding a few dietary supplements to your day can reduce your arthritic hand pain.
